We are absolutely delighted to witness the magnificent transformation of the estate, as the construction of the first house nears its completion and our exquisite gatehouse proudly stands at the entrance.

2 May 2023

Construction: Boundary Walls, Clubhouse, First 4 homes and Show House

We have finished constructing all the boundary walls surrounding the estate, and the floors of the clubhouse have been successfully poured. We are now preparing to commence the construction of the clubhouse walls. Additionally, the foundations of the first four homes have been completed, and we have also finished constructing the foundations and floors of our showhouse. We will soon begin the process of erecting the walls for the showhouse as well.

Gatehouse

Construction has started on the Gatehouse of the estate.

1 September 2022

Infrastructure Construction

Construction has been completed on all our main infrastructure and roads.
